Shipping Info

Free UPS Ground shipping on orders over $500, within the contiguous US only. You can specify and upgrade to UPS Next Day and 2nd Day shipping on your order by indicating those choices on your checkout form. Be sure to specify your upgrade shipping request prior to completing your purchase.

Orders up to $99 to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico will be shipped via USPS at our standard posted rates. Orders of $100 or more will be shipped UPS 2nd Day air. Sorry about that!

We ship on business days only – not on weekends or Holidays. Orders received by 1:30pm will generally be completed and shipped that day.

While DTO maintains no minimum order amount, orders under $50 will be charged a $7.50 handling charge.

International Customers

DTO requires full payment in advance before shipping any order outside the USA.  If you are purchasing tools for delivery outside the USA, please follow these instructions. You can pay for your purchase through PayPal (PayPal is the preferred method) or a wire transfer from your bank to our bank. You can easily use your major credit card as a payment source with PayPal. Just click on the PayPal button at checkout. Please do not use the Visa/ Mastercard button at checkout to complete your purchase. If you do, it will delay your purchase.  If you choose to pay through a bank wire transfer, we will add a $15 bank transfer fee to cover the amount your bank will deduct. We can email the Wire Transfer Form to you or your bank. The Wire Transfer Form is also available for download from this page. All purchases will be completed in US Dollars.

Your order will be sent via USPS, UPS or AirFreight to your door (or the nearest airport for pickup). Shipping fees must be paid in advance along with your tools. Make sure we have your complete address, with postal code, and we will obtain the best rate for your shipping. We will communicate with you via email to speed up the process. You will be responsible for paying your country's taxes, duties and customs fees before you will receive your order.

Returns

DTO is aware that you may occasionally need to return an item. We will accept any unused merchandise for refund within the first 30 days. After 30 days but within the first 90 days, merchandise that is unused may be accepted for exchange or store credit with only a 15% restocking fee.

To return any item, call 1-770-487-8222 for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Do not return any product to DTO without receiving this number. The RMA number should appear on all correspondence and on labels sent to DTO. Send returned merchandise freight prepaid in the original carton, with all warranty information intact. No COD’s accepted.

Repair

DTO can assist you in the quick repair and return of your tools, whether your need is warranty or non-warranty. We utilize Certified Tools Solutions in Kennesaw, GA for all repair needs. Let us know what you need and we will assist you in getting your tools repaired and back into your hands in the shortest time possible.
